The documents we ask for can vary depending on where you live and the type of verification we need to complete.
In most cases, you’ll need a valid government-issued photo ID.
This could include:
Passport
Driving licence
National identity card
Other accepted government-issued identification
Make sure your document is:
Valid and not expired
Clear and easy to read
Fully visible, with all corners showing
Free from glare, blur or shadows
An original document, not a screenshot or edited copy
You may be asked to take a photo of your document directly in the Calen app.
Depending on your country or account activity, we may also ask for additional information or documents to complete verification.
