Verifying your account only takes a few steps and helps us keep Calen safe for everyone.

Follow these steps:
Open the Calen app and tap Verify Account
Select your country of residence
Choose the country where your ID was issued
Select your ID type from the options available
Use your phoneâs camera to take a clear photo of your ID
If prompted, complete a quick selfie or facial verification check
Submit your details and weâll take it from there

To help your verification go through smoothly, make sure your photo is:
Clear and in focus
Taken in good lighting
Showing the full document, including all four corners
Free from glare, shadows or reflections
Taken from the original document, not a screenshot or photocopy

If we need any additional information or another document, weâll let you know in the app.
