Forgot your password? No problem. You can reset it in just a few steps.
1. Tap “Forgot Password”
On the Calen login screen, tap Forgot Password.
2. Check your email
We’ll send a password reset email to the email address linked to your Calen account.
Open the email and tap the reset link.
3. Create a new password
Choose a new password that is strong and unique.
Your new password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of:
Uppercase and lowercase letters
Numbers
Special characters
Try not to reuse a password you already use somewhere else.
4. Log back in
Once your password has been updated, return to the Calen app and sign in with your new password.
Didn’t get the reset email?
Try the following:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Wait a few minutes and request another reset email
