Quick steps
Open the Calen app
Tap your Profile
Select Account Information
Tap Personal Details
Choose the phone number or email address you want to update
Enter the new details
Complete any verification steps we ask for
Save your changes
What can I update?
You can update:
Your phone number
Your email address
Will I need to verify the change?
Yes, in some cases.
For security, we may send a verification code to your new phone number or email address before the change is confirmed.
We may also ask you to complete an additional security check if the change looks unusual or if we need to make sure it’s really you.
What if I no longer have access to my old phone number or email?
If you can’t access the contact details currently linked to your account, contact Calen Support.
We may need to verify your identity before we can help update the information.
This extra step helps protect your account from unauthorised changes.
