You can receive money directly into your Calen Naira wallet from another Naira account registered in your own name.
What you need to know
The name on the sending bank account must match the name registered on your Calen account.
For example, if your Calen account is registered as Daniel Bamidele, the sending bank account should also be in that name.
Can someone else send money into my Naira wallet?
Not currently.
Transfers from third-party bank accounts are not accepted at the moment. This includes payments sent from:
Friends
Family members
Employers
Businesses
Any other bank account that is not registered in your name
If a third-party transfer is attempted, it may be rejected or returned.
Before you send money to your Calen wallet
Make sure:
The bank account is in your name
Your name matches the details on your Calen account
You use the correct Naira account details shown in the app
For now, think of your Naira wallet as your own account for moving your own money into Calen.
