How do I track incoming transfers?

Tracking depends on how the money is being sent to your Calen account.

If you’re sending money from your Calen account, you can track the transfer directly in the app.

You’ll see status updates such as:

Initiated → Processing → Completed
​

For incoming payments, tracking can vary depending on the deposit method.

Some deposit methods

Where tracking information is available, we’ll show you the status or any information we receive from the payment provider.

Virtual account transfers
These may have limited or no live tracking before the funds reach Calen.

This is because the transfer is initiated by the sender or their bank, so we may not be able to see exactly when they started the payment or where it is before it reaches us.

Once the money reaches your Calen account, we’ll send you a notification and update your balance.

If you’re expecting money and it hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact Calen Support with any available transfer details.
